Rachel is an event manager, usually found organising tech conferences in London and further afield. Since going vegan almost two years ago, she has found an unwavering passion for roasted cauliflower and the entire vegan range in Pret. She is an enthusiastic but amateur yogi and cyclist, and a keen traveller.
The chef, Chloe, has been cooking professionally for over 8 years and has worked most recently running a catering company in Battersea. Now freelance, she works in a range of cafés and restaurants, as well as being a private chef both here and abroad. Chloe particularly enjoys cooking Spanish food and finds that Asian food offers some of the most diverse and interesting vegan options.
