Greek salad is quintessentially greek. The feta and olive oil nod to some of the Greece's great contributions to the culinary world.

Greek Salad


  • 6 Tbsp Zeet Zeet Extra Virgin Olive Oil - £12.50
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 large chopped tomatoes
  • 3/4 cucumber, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, peeled, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives chopped
  • 1/2 f cup crumbled feta cheese

How to make

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season according to taste preferences. Serve cold (ideally w focaccia).
