Kiwi & Banana Smoothie

This drink blends sweet banana and kiwi with wonderfully nutrient packed kale and spinach, for a delicious, healthy green smoothie.

Ingredients
  • 1 banana (150g)
  • ¼ cup (10g) kale
  • ¼ cup (10g) spinach
  • 1 kiwi (135g)
  • ½ cup (125ml) water
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
How to make
  1. Firstly, peel and chop your banana, and then slice the kiwi in half and scoop out the fruit from the inside.
  2. Then, add the kiwi and the banana into your blender followed by the kale, spinach, water and lime juice.
  3. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth, and then pour into a glass to serve.
