Kiwi & Banana Smoothie
This drink blends sweet banana and kiwi with wonderfully nutrient packed kale and spinach, for a delicious, healthy green smoothie.
- 1 banana (150g)
- ¼ cup (10g) kale
- ¼ cup (10g) spinach
- 1 kiwi (135g)
- ½ cup (125ml) water
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
How to make
- Firstly, peel and chop your banana, and then slice the kiwi in half and scoop out the fruit from the inside.
- Then, add the kiwi and the banana into your blender followed by the kale, spinach, water and lime juice.
- Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth, and then pour into a glass to serve.
