I love how this smoothie secretly sneaks cauliflower into the recipe as well as cashews, for a beautifully creamy breakfast smoothie.

Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 cup (70g) blueberries
  • 3 cauliflower florets (65g)
  • 2 tbsp cashews (20g)
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup (185ml) water

How to make

  1. Roughly chop your banana and add it into your blender (I used my NutriBullet) with the blueberries, cauliflower, cashews, lemon and water.
  2. Then, blend all of your ingredients together until smooth, and serve.
