The watermelon, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and acai berry powder in this smoothie, give this drink the perfect blend of taste as well as vitamins.

Berry & Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 800g watermelon, roughly chopped
  • 100g blueberries
  • 100g blackberries
  • 100g raspberries
  • 125ml soya milk – I used Alpro
  • 2 cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled
  • 2 tsp acai berry powder

How to make

  1. Add the watermelon, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, soya milk, ginger and acai berry powder into a blender – I used my Froothie Optimum 2.1 Blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Then, pour into glasses and serve.
