Apple, Pear & Berry Chia Pudding
For my chia pudding, I decided to combine chia seeds with unsweetened Almond Milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and a grated apple and pear. Then, I stewed a combination of raspberries, blackberries, maple syrup and water to make a compote for a delicious hit of berry flavours. When both of these were ready, I simply layered them on top of each other into two bowls, with some soya yogurt with Almond. Lastly, I topped the bowls with some extra compote, yogurt, berries, pistachios and chocolate.
