Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Tropical Smoothie Bowl


For the smoothie

  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 small peach
  • 3 tbsp full fat, no added sugar yoghurt
  • a few ice cubes

To garnish

  • 1 tbsp coconut shavings
  • 1 tbsp almond flakes
  • Optional: add fruit or granola on top

How to make

  1. Peel and roughly chop the mango, banana and peach
  2. Add to a blender, along with the yoghurt and ice cubes
  3. Pulse the blender until you have a smooth mix
  4. Pour the contents into a bowl, garnish with your almonds, coconut or favourite toppings
