Summer berry overnight oats
Are you craving oaty goodness but not feeling porridge in this heat? My overnight oats recipe is perfect for porridge lovers with little time to spare in the morning. It tastes fresh, is creamy, super fruity and hits the carb craving spot! You can prepare it overnight so you just grab it out the fridge on a morning and enjoy.

Summer berry overnight oats

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp of rolled oats (Gluten free please!)
  • 1 handful of berries (ideally raspberries, blackberries and blueberries)
  • 3 tsp of Alpro High protein yoghurt
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of flaxseed

How to make

  1. Mix the rolled oats, yoghurt, honey and berries.

  2. Put in a jar/bowl (I use Kilner jars as they are super photogenic!).

  3. Sprinkle with flaxseed any added extras of your choice such as; almonds, more honey, pomegranate seeds, chia seeds.

  4. Leave for overnight. No preparation time in the morning – Voila!
