Peanut butter iced coffee, all day everyday!

For me getting up at 6 am on a Monday morning, making peanut butter on toast and a boiling the kettle for a coffee is a big ask. This recipe is perfect for a rushed morning, especially when you have those peanut butter on toast cravings and you need waking up!

This year I have been obsessed with iced coffee, especially during our unpredictable British summer. One morning I just thought 'mm coffee, mm peanut butter, ahh no time'. I banged both peanut butter and coffee in my Nutribullet along with a few other ingredients and BANG, absolute taste sensation.

Peanut butter iced coffee, all day everyday!


  • 250 ml Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Coffee
  • 1 handful of Ice
  • 1 teaspoon of Honey

How to make

  1. Blend almond milk, ice, coffee, honey, pics peanut butter, 1/2 Cacao nibs, 1/2 Almonds for 30 seconds.

  2. Separately blend remaining Cacao nibs and Almonds for 10 seconds and sprinkle on top of coffee mixture.
