Vegan 'Better For You' Chocolate Oat Cookies
These cookies are light, and tempting, and surprisingly quite good for you! No oil, GF and no guilt!

Vegan 'Better For You' Chocolate Oat Cookies

Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Apples
  • 3 Small Bananas
  • 3 Tbsp of Agave. Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Cups of GF Organic Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Organic 80% Dark Chocolate (Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Cashew Mylk
  • 1/4 Cup Almond
  • 1/4 Coconut Mylk

How to make

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C.

  2. Grate the apples and mash the bananas.

  3. In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients

  4. Add the grated apples and mashed bananas to the oat mixture, and stir with a wooden spoon.

  5. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  6. Heap a tablespoon with the cookie mixture and place on the tray, pressing to form a cookie shape. Repeat this step until all the mixture is used.

  7. Bake for 12-16 minutes.

  8. Serve with mylk and enjoy!
