Pre-heat the oven to 200C.
Grate the apples and mash the bananas.
In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients
Add the grated apples and mashed bananas to the oat mixture, and stir with a wooden spoon.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Heap a tablespoon with the cookie mixture and place on the tray, pressing to form a cookie shape. Repeat this step until all the mixture is used.
Bake for 12-16 minutes.
Serve with mylk and enjoy!
