Vegan; Salted Caramel Carrot Cake Overnight Oats.
I ate this before a busy day of studying and it was so filling and scrumptious! It's a must for a great start to the morning!

Vegan; Salted Caramel Carrot Cake Overnight Oats.

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Soaked (Pitted) Dates
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Cashew Milk
  • 1/2 Medium Carrot Cut and Quartered
  • 1/2 Tsp Sweet Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/5 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 Tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Raisins
  • 1/2 Cup
  • 2 Tsp GF Oats.

How to make

  1. Blitz all the ingredients minus the raisins and oats in a blender until smooth.

  2. In a bowl whisk together the blended ingredients with the oats and raisins.

  3. Pour into a container and refrigerate overnight... enjoy!

I served mine with caramel biscuit spread and some date bites!
