Vegan; Maca Matcha, Vanilla Almond and Cocoa Nib Overnight Oats
This recipe is a great way to get the nutritional benefits of matcha into your diet in the not so traditional way, and makes for a nice change from normal overnight oats!

Vegan; Maca Matcha, Vanilla Almond and Cocoa Nib Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup GF Oats
  • 3 Tbsp Vegan Almond Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa Nibs
  • 1/2 Tsp Maca
  • 1 Tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Agave.

How to make

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a jug until well mixed together; ensure there are no lumps from the matcha.

  2. Pour into a medium sized container and leave in the fridge overnight.

  3. Top with complimentary flavours such as chocolate, more cocoa nibs or dates.
