Vegan; Coconut and Almond Banana Nice-Cream with Coco-Hazelnut Swirl.

Ingredients

  • 2 Chopped Bananas
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut and Almond Butter
  • 2 Pieces Dark Chocolate
  • 1Tsp Agave
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Milk

How to make

  1. Freeze the bananas for two hours.

  2. Thaw the banana's slightly and blitz in a blender with the remaining ingredients.

  3. Pour into a container and swirl in soya and gluten free coco hazelnut spread.

  4. Freeze for 4 hours.

  5. When serving leave to thaw a bit then scoop into a bowl, top with whatever you want, (I used more spread, chocolate chunks and strawberries).
