Vegan; PB Chocolate Brownies made from Coconut Flour.

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 2 Cups Coconut Flour
- 1/2 Cup Organic Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Organic Unrefined Coconut Sugar
- 2 Tsp Ground Flaxseed
Wet Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Organic Melted Coconut Oil
- 2 Cups Coconut and Almond Milk
- 1/3 Cup Melted 70% Dark Chocolate
- 1/3 Cup Agave
- 1/3 Cup Coconut and Almond Butter.
How to make
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate medium sized bowl mix together the wet ingredients with a whisk.
- Chop 1/3 a cup of any dark chocolate and set aside.
- Combine the wet ingredients in the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks.
- Pour into a greased square tin and cook on 180C for 30-35 mins.
- Top with peanut butter, chocolate sauce, chocolate chunks and cocoa nibs!
