Vegan; PB Chocolate Brownies made from Coconut Flour.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Unrefined Coconut Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Ground Flaxseed

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Organic Melted Coconut Oil
  • 2 Cups Coconut and Almond Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Melted 70% Dark Chocolate
  • 1/3 Cup Agave
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut and Almond Butter.

How to make

  1. Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate medium sized bowl mix together the wet ingredients with a whisk.
  3. Chop 1/3 a cup of any dark chocolate and set aside.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients in the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chunks.
  6. Pour into a greased square tin and cook on 180C for 30-35 mins.
  7. Top with peanut butter, chocolate sauce, chocolate chunks and cocoa nibs!
