Vegan; Carrot and Coconut Bliss Balls
It's refreshing and delicious, and a great little energy pick me up for busy mornings or speedy afternoons!

Vegan; Carrot and Coconut Bliss Balls


  • 2 Cups Desiccated Coconut
  • 2 Medium Carrots Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Almonds
  • 1/4 Cup Raisins
  • 10 Soaked Dates (seed removed)
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch of Salt.

How to make

  1. Place the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until well blended, semi-smooth, and sticky

  2. Shape into 12 bliss balls using your hands

  3. Roll in more desiccated coconut

  4. Refrigerate for 20 minutes

If desired, serve with Coconut and Almond Butter
