Pulled pork sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of paprika
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder
  • 3 lbs of pork butt shoulder roast
  • Brioche buns
  • Coleslaw
  • 250ml of Dips' BBQ Bonnet Chilli Sauce - £5.50

How to make

Pulled pork

  1. Mix together the paprika, salt and garlic in a small bowl

  2. Rub your mix on your pork make sure to cover it completely

  3. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and place pork in slow cooker and add one cup of water

  4. Cook on high heat for 2 and half hours

  5. Use forks to shred pork and add the BBQ sauce

The sandwich

  1. Toast brioche buns under the grill

  2. Place pulled pork on bun and add a dollop of coleslaw for the perfect sandwich
