Hazlenut and pancetta stuffing
You're bound to shake things up this Christmas with this hazlenut and pancetta recipe. We've also thrown some orange zest in to make it extra special.

Hazlenut and pancetta stuffing


  • 150g SKU:
  • 75g butter
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 orange
  • 200g white breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped sage
  • 50g hazelnuts
  • 1 egg

How to make

  1. Heat up a pan with a dash of oil and add your chopped pancetta and cook for approx 2 mins
  2. Remove the pancetta and add your butter, garlic and onion to the pan and cook for approx. 4 mins. Add to your pancetta once it's done.
  3. Heat up your oven to 180 degrees
  4. Place the breadcrumbs, chopped sage, orange zest and hazelnuts into a bowl and mix well
  5. Add your pancetta, onion & garlic mix to the bowl and stir in enough beaten egg to bind the mixture
  6. Place mixture onto a baking tray, cook for 30 mins until golden brown
