Belsazar Cuban Manhattan
Dating back to New York in the 1870’s, the Manhattan cocktail is one of the best-known vermouth cocktails in the world. This version uses rum instead of rye whisky for a sweeter hit.

Belsazar Cuban Manhattan


  • 2 parts Westerhall No.7 Rum
  • 1 part Belsazar Red Vermouth
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 Maraschino to garnish

How to make

  1. Add the rum, vermouth and bitters to an ice-filled mixing glass.

  2. Give it a good stir, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and add the maraschino cherry.
