Bechamel sauce


  • 450ml milk
  • A few fresh parsley stalks
  • 40g butter
  • 40g plain flour
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

How to make

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat
  2. Stir in the flour and pour milk in in small batches while stirring continuously
  3. Take off the heat and sprinkle with salt and pepper
