Apple and cranberry stuffing
Gluten-free and vegan? Yes, this stuffing exists! The apple & cranberries add a certain sweetness while the hazelnuts give it a nutty flavour.

Apple and cranberry stuffing


  • 400 ml vegetable broth
  • 120g celery chopped
  • 90g onion chopped
  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground sage
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 gluten-free bread slices

How to make

  1. Heat a frying pan with a dash of oil and add onion and celery. Cook for approx 4 mins
  2. Reduce the heat and add in the remaining ingredients minus the bread
  3. Take off the heat and add in the bread
  4. Place mixture on a baking tray and cook at 180 degrees for 30 mins
