5 Reasons why you should try buffalo

Buffalo is the hottest new trend when it comes to meat in 2017. Who wants your standard beef when you can tell people you're eating exotic? It tastes very similar to its cow cousin, but it has quite a few more benefits, check them out below.

  1. It's a great alternative for those who are trying to lower their cholesterol but can't quite give up the sweet, sweet, red meat just yet.

  2. Buffalo is actually lower in fat & calories than beef, pork, turkey and even skinless chicken. Amoozing (sorry we couldn't help it).

  3. It's full of iron. No need for a pint of Guinness a day anymore, oh sorry, is that just us?

  4. It's cheap - it may be a little harder to come by but pound per pound buffalo wins, not only on volume but taste too.

  5. It's super versatile - burgers, roasts, steaks, stews, stir fries, you name it, add buffalo to it.
