Free-from Wholegrain Self-raising Flour
This gluten, wheat and rice free flour is a carefully selected blend of wholegrain teff, sorghum and buckwheat with a little tapioca and potato starch, along with double action raising agents for perfect fluffy bakes. It provides a source of protein and fibre. It was created by Vicki Montague, scientist and mum to a coeliac child, who wanted to feed her daughter wholesome nutritious food. It contains no rice and therefore arsenic and can be used to create delicious gluten and wheat free items such as bread, pasta, cakes, biscuits and pastry. It is perfect for anyone on a gluten and/or wheat free diet or anyone who wants to reduce their reliance on wheat.
