Organic & gluten-free buckwheat Leek Biscuit Great for aperitif, snacking and with cheese! Made in Burgundy, famous for its terroir and gastronomie, Atelier Sarrasin (Buckwheat Workshop) is an artisan workshop creating gourmet shortbreads and savoury bites with a strong focus on sustainability. Buckwheat is not a cereal but a flower plant and its grain is gluten-free and highly nutritive. Buckwheat farming almost disappeared in France, however since 1998 Atelier Sarrasin has been leading the way in its revival and organic buckwheat farming. The range includes delicate lemon shortbreads and flavoursome cinnamon biscuits as well as original gourmet savoury snacks and cheese biscuits, with flavours such as tomato, fennel and sesame & figs.
