January is my health(ier) month but I still need to get my chocolate fix! This chocolate granola recipe does just that. It focuses on pure cocoa products along with other energy boosting, pure and healthy ingredients. Plus it’s simple to make, flexible and tastes amazing!!

This recipe is perfect for my tastes and health needs but feel free to adapt the recipe with or without your choice of ingredients. I’ve included some alternative options in brackets.
