Each class will include a delicious, easy to prepare main dish, a pudding, a bread and a dip/pâté. The classes will begin with a short demonstration on knife skills followed by details of the class and cooking ahead. When the demo has finished everyone will get to recreate what they have learnt and finally enjoy the dishes round our dining table. The idea of this course is to teach a range of skills and different dishes you can make at home with ease and in advance if need be. This class has been designed for the inexperienced or those that want to learn new recipes for home cooking. We offer “hands on” cooking while offering plenty of help and support but at the same time explaining that there is no better route to success than practice.
