Serve your fish the Catalan way, grilled white fish with romesco.

Romesco Grilled Cod


How to make

  1. Pre-heat the grill to medium.

  2. Smear, using a teaspoon, a coating of romesco on top of the fillet of fish.

  3. Put under the grill for approx 20 mins or until fish is cooked and romesco lightly caramelised.

  4. Serve with your choice of salad (to keep things Spanish we served with a chorizo pearl barley salad).
