Preheat the oven to 190°C (fan assisted) or if you are braving British summer, light the BBQ!
Score the jointed meat with a sharp knife to allow the harissa to get all the way in.
If you want a sticky glaze mix the Harissa with equal parts runny honey.
Rub the Harissa (or harissa and honey mix) into the chicken and place in an oven proof dish and cook in the oven for 30 minutes or until chicken cooked, or place on the BBQ until cooked through.
Serve with fresh green salad.
