Spicy Harissa and honey glazed sausages, perfect on the BBQ. This also works really well with cocktail sausages for grown up party food!

Harissa & Honey Glazed Sausages

Ingredients

8 pork sausages

1 pack of Taste Collectiv Harissa x 3 - £11.97

2 tablespoons of Pearly Queen Enfield Spring Blossom Honey - £7.50

Rocket

Fresh baps

Mayo

How to make

  1. Pre heat the oven to 190oC (for a fan oven, adjust your oven temperature accordingly)

  2. Mix the honey and the Harissa together and rub all over the sausages.

  3. Place on a non stick baking tray

  4. Roast for 20-30 minutes

  5. Serve hot in baps with a dollop of mayo and handful of rocket.
