A light and fresh lemon and coriander chicken dish with Taste Collectiv Chermoula.

Chermoula Chicken Tagine

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Taste Collectiv Chermoula x 3 - £11.97
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1 litre good quality chicken stock
  • 1 tin chick peas drained
  • Flaked almonds and fresh coriander to serve

How to make

  1. Put chicken, stock, chermoula and chickpeas into oven proof tagine dish or slow cooker and stir thoroughly.

  2. Cook at 180°C for at least an hour or if using a slow cooker, leave on overnight.

  3. Serve topped off with fresh coriander and flaked almonds.
