Chermoula Chicken Skewers
Chicken skewers with a North African Chermoula marinade. Serve with fresh salads as part of a summer BBQ feast.

Chermoula Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 3 large chicken breasts
  • 1 pack of Taste Collectiv Chermoula x 3 - £11.97
  • Wooden kebab skewers x 12 (soak in water ideally overnight to prevent burning wooden skewers!)

How to make

  1. Dice the chicken breast into 2cm (roughly) chunks.

  2. Place the chicken in a large plastic food bag or bowl and pour over the Chermoula.

  3. With clean hands, rub the marinade all over the chicken, making sure its thoroughly coated.

  4. Leave to marinade in the fridge for at least a couple of hours, ideally overnight.

  5. Thread the chicken on to the wooden skewers.

  6. BBQ until cooked through and serve with fresh salads as part of a summer BBQ feast.

  7. If British weather prevails, you can easily cook your chicken in the grill to get the BBQ flavour. Put under a medium grill for 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, so the skewers cook evenly, until cooked through and lightly caramelised.
