Chermoula, Asparagus & Potato Salad
Asparagus and new potato salad dressed with Chermoula. This zesty vibrant salad makes the most of these fantastic seasonal vegetables. Serve with grilled meat or fish as a main dinner or with some crumbled feta for a light lunch.

Chermoula, Asparagus & Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of seasonal british asparagus
  • 8-10 new potatoes (size dependant, you may want more or less)
  • 1 pack of Taste Collectiv Chermoula x 3 - £11.97

How to make

  1. Cut the potatoes in half lengthways

  2. Boil for 10-15 minutes until cooked through

  3. Put the asparagus into the pan with the potatoes, and cook for a further 5 minutes

  4. Drain the veg and coat with a generous amount of Chermoula
