The Salted Caramel Freakshake

3 large scoops of caramel ice cream
Chocolate glazed ring doughnut
250ml jam jar (or drinking glass)
Ice cream sundae spoon (optional)
Begin by drizzling your caramel sauce round the inside of your glass. No need to be neat here, whack as much in as you can.
Next do the same with the chocolate sauce. If you have artistic flair, feel free to use it!
In blender, whizz up the milk and just 2 scoops of your favourite caramel ice cream.
Blitz it hard and fast until you have a frothy, runny milk shake.
Pour the milk shake into your glass carefully trying not to disturb the sauce round the edge.
Top up the glass to the rim with squirty cream.
Cap the glass off with the doughnut and place your last scoop of ice cream in the centre.
Add another quick squirt of cream on top then drizzle over extra chocolate and caramel sauce.
Pop the straw through the centre of the doughnut and enjoy!
