Mango Madness
Breakfast drink or snack replacement. Swap the banana for spinach if you like it less sweet. For a colder smoothie, cut the ingredients in advance and freeze them with the correct quantity in bags individually.

Mango Madness

Ingredients

  • Half a mango
  • Half a ripe avocado
  • Half a tsp of turmeric
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Half a banana
  • Flax seeds
  • 100 ml liquid of choice (water, almond milk, coconut milk etc)

How to make

Blend until desired texture adding more liquid if necessary (add oats : fuller for longer)
