7g dried yeast
235g spelt flour
1 tsp sea salt
160ml warm water
Splash of olive oil
1/2 bulb garlic
125g melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Pop the flour in a bowl and make a small hole in the middle. Add in the yeast, salt, oil.
Add in the warm water slowly and knead together.
Leave for 30 minutes to rest.
In the meantime, blend together the garlic, melted butter, parsley and salt and pepper.
Sprinkle some flour onto the surface top and roll your dough into two logs. Cut these into equal pieces; you should get around 15 with this recipe. Roll these into balls.
Take your garlic butter and spread evenly on top of the dough balls.
Pop in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
Serve with the rest of the garlic butter!
