Matcha Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 500 ml almond milk

  • 2 tbsp agave nectar

  • Half a vanilla pod

  • 1 tsp Momo Cha Fine Teas Matcha (Premium Matcha)

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3 tsp ground flax seeds

  • Handful of fruit of your choice – we've gone for pomegranate and goji berries

  • 3 tbsp of pumpkin seeds

How to make

  1. Blend the almond milk, agave, vanilla and matcha until creamy.

  2. Combine with chia and flax seeds and stir well. Continue this for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Leave mix overnight to chill.

  4. Serve with berries or toppings of your choice.

Tip: For more texture, you can add oats!
