500 ml almond milk
2 tbsp agave nectar
Half a vanilla pod
1 tsp Momo Cha Fine Teas Matcha (Premium Matcha)
6 tbsp chia seeds
3 tsp ground flax seeds
Handful of fruit of your choice – we've gone for pomegranate and goji berries
3 tbsp of pumpkin seeds
Blend the almond milk, agave, vanilla and matcha until creamy.
Combine with chia and flax seeds and stir well. Continue this for 10-15 minutes.
Leave mix overnight to chill.
Serve with berries or toppings of your choice.
Tip: For more texture, you can add oats!
