Apricot and Earl Grey Braised Cabbage

Apricot and Earl Grey Braised Cabbage


  • 1 kg red cabbage
  • 150g of This Is My Jam Apricot & Earl Grey Jam
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 orange zest
  • 3tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 300ml vegetable stock

How to make

  1. Remove outer layer of the cabbage and slice thinly leaving out the tough centre.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a heavy based pan and bring to the boil.
  3. Simmer on a low heat for 1 hour or until soft and tender.
