These fruity crisps are really easy to make. Baked, and not fried, means they’re also healthy. Use them as a mid-morning snack or even add to herbal teas and muesli for extra flavour.

Ingredients

2 Apples

How to make

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 120-140C fan or gas mark 1.

  2. Slice your apples thinly and arrange on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

  3. Bake for 40 minutes.

  4. Allow to cool and become crisp.
