Baked goods made by humans who care
I am a digital designer and I have always had a passion for baking. Tired of sitting at the computer all day, I decided to follow my heart and set up a micro bakery from my flat in Dalston. I started baking sourdough bread and later selling my vegan and gluten free cookies and muffins following requests from family and friends. My range kept expanding as I experimented and tried new things. My dream is to work full time in my own bakery. My bread and baked goods are made with organic flour milled in the Cotswolds.
