Welcome to Pâté Moi – home of my famous pâté, handmade with organic mushrooms from Suffolk and plenty of love. Based on a recipe created by my brother when he was just eight-years-old, I began selling my mushroom pâté at London’s Borough Market in September 2006.
Years down the line and with hundreds of loyal customers helping me to sell out each week, it’s time to spread my wings and offer my mushroom pâté across the land.
Featured on The Alan Titchmarsh Show and Sunday Brunch, it’s addictively tasty and versatile and adored by both vegetarians and carnivores.
Smother it on crusty bread, stir it through pasta, bake it in chicken thighs wrapped in pancetta, or simply eat straight from the pot, one taste and I guarantee you’ll be hooked.
I haven’t regretted leaving my old office life to make something that I truly love, when you make just one product you really do give it your all.
