Borlotti beans organically grown in Umbria, central Italy, by a small family run company. They are a culinary treat, very popular in Italian cuisine. Nutty, sweetish in flavour with a smooth creamy texture, borlotti beans are excellent with soups, including minestrone and pasta e fagioli, stews, they also perform brilliantly with meat dishes. Not only are these beans very tasty, they are also an excellent source of protein, fibre and iron. Borlotti beans require soaking overnight in cold water, then they have to boil for about 60 minutes.

Castelluccio di Norcia Lentils organically grown in Umbria, Central Italy, by a small family run company. Tiny and exceptionally tasty, these lentils vary in in colour: from spotted green to pale yellow, to orange and light brown. With their delicately nutty taste, thin skin, soft consistency and distinctive shape which remains firm to the bite after cooking, they are indeed the finest variety of lentils available on the market. Produced for centuries in the high plains of Umbria in Central Italy, they are now appreciated as a gourmet speciality by chefs and foodies all over the world. No pre-soaking needed. Semi pearled Farro organically grown in Italy by a small family farm. An ancient wheat that has been cultivated for over 10,000 years, farro is largely used in the Italian cuisine. Because of its rich flavour and high nutritional properties, it has recently been rediscovered worldwide as a gourmet grain. High in protein, fibre and minerals, farro has also a lower gluten content that may be tolerated by people with minor gluten sensitivities. Delicious hot or cold, farro has a robust texture that stands up well in soups or stews. Farro is also a very popular side dish when cooked as a pilaf or a risotto. No pre-soaking needed, ready to be enjoyed in about 30 minutes.
