Twiced Smoked Cheddar Cheese
Aged for at least 21 months, this cheese has been selected for its distinctive ‘bitey’ texture and strong, rich creamy character. Smoked for 8 hours before being racked for a week and then smoked for a further 8 hours before a final 1 month maturation to allow the smokiness to penetrate the depths of the cheese and provide a full and rounded flavour across every block.

Excellent as a cheese board addition or as part of a simple ploughmans. Makes for a lovely and different cheese sauce or gratin, or a cheese and pickle sandwich for the purest.
