Corn-fed top quality breasts, plump juicy and packed full of flavour. Cured with salt, pepper, orange and bay. Hot-smoked over beach and apple woods. Almost sweet in character, We think this breast provides the perfect balance between saltiness, smokiness, and chicken-ness. Firm to the touch with a deep appetising colour. Mild enough to fill a sandwich or wrap, this chicken also goes fantastically in a risotto or pasta dish. Min. 175g. Typically 200g.
