Less sugar more fruit – it’s seriously good jam.
Preparing jams really started when my mother gifted me her preserving pan, bought from my favourite kitchen shop in Paris. I discovered my true love for fruits – their perfume, the colours, the contrasts and the combination of incongruous flavours and textures.
That’s why fruit is our main focus here at The London Jam Factory. Whilst sugar is crucial in the art of making jam, it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. In fact, we use half the amount than those you’ll find in supermarkets, without any compromise in taste.
Many of our jams have now picked up awards, all thanks to their carefully curated recipes and unbelievable taste.
In wanting to share this with my friends and family, I decided I ought to share it with you, too!
