Pork Chops with Fifty Shades of Grey, Honey and Mustard

Ingredients

  • 2 good quality pork chops
  • 1 tbsp Fifty Shades of Grey from Life of Spice Gourmet Rub Collection - £16.95
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • handful green beans
  • lemon wedge
  • olive oil

How to make

  1. Mix together the spice mix, honey, mustard and lemon juice and rub all over the pork chops
  2. Leave to marinade for 30 minutes
  3. Add 1 tsp olive oil to a frying pan on a medium high heat
  4. Cook the pork chops until a golden, caramelised colour and cooked through - around 5 minutes per side
  5. Once cooked, remove to a warmed place and leave to rest for 5-10 minutes whilst you cook the green beans
  6. Drizzle the green beans with a little olive oil and return to the pan used for the chops
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes, making sure to coat them in any juices left in the pan
  8. Squeeze in the lemon wedge for the final minute of cooking, before serving the pork alongside the cooked beans
