Fodify Thai Green Chicken Curry
An easy favourite, but we've yet to find a thai curry mix without onion or garlic! So we've come up with our own recipe using Fodify Thai Stir Fry Spice Mix that certainly satisfied my cravings!

Fodify Thai Green Chicken Curry


  • 1 teaspoon garlic-infused oil
  • 500g sliced chicken breast
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Fodify Foods Thai Stir-Fry 30g
  • half a sliced pepper
  • 5 babycorn
  • 80g green beans
  • 400g tin coconut milk

How to make

  1. Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and add oil. 2. Add the chicken and cook until sealed.
  2. Add the coconut milk and spice mix and stir well for one minute until combined.
  3. Add peppers, babycorn and green beans and heat for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Serve with rice or rice noodles.

Alternatively, replace chicken with pork, beef or prawns. For an extra kick, add more spice mix or extra chilli.
