This recipe is perfect for those who have always wanted to drink mulled wine, but without the alcohol. Botonique is a great alternative to wine with botanical extracts.

How to make

  • Pour bottle of Botonique into a saucepan on a low heat
  • Add all ingredients: slices of half a lemon, 4 star anise, 2 cinnamon sticks 2 spoons of sugar, and cook on a low heat for 15-20 mins
  • Strain the mixture into a jug and serve in heatproof mugs
