Sri Lankan cookingSylvia is the head chef at the 5 star Sri Lankan catering company Sri L Catering. Born and raised in Sri Lanka, she has over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry starting her career in Australia training as a chef and working at some of the top hotels in Sydney. Then moving Sri Lanka to gain experience in her home country learning the true artisan techniques used in Sri Lankan cooking. All the recipes used in her catering business are passed down through the generations.
