Borlotti beans organically grown in Umbria, Central Italy, by a small family run company. They are a culinary treat, very popular in Italian cuisine. Nutty, sweetish in flavour with a smooth creamy texture, borlotti beans are excellent with soups, including minestrone and pasta e fagioli, stews, they also perform brilliantly with meat dishes. Not only are these beans very tasty, they are also an excellent source of protein, fibre and iron.

Borlotti beans require soaking overnight in cold water, then they have to boil for about 60 mins.
